MTV Video Music Awards 2021, os Vencedores
Já são conhecidos todos os vencedores da edição de 2021 dos MTV Video Music Awards, que decorreu no Barclays Center em Brooklyn, Nova Iorque.
Voltando a um formato com público ao vivo, a edição do 40º aniversário do programa teve apresentação de Doja Cat. O programa serviu para premiar inúmeros artistas, com Justin Bieber a ser o grande vencedor da noite, com dois prémios (em sete nomeações): Artista do Ano e Melhor Pop.
Durante a noite houve ainda lugar para uma actuação surpresa de Madonna e grandes prémios entregues a Lil Nas X, Justin Bieber e Foo Fighters, que homenagearam Charlie Watts, o baterista dos Rolling Stones falecido recentemente.
Megan Thee Stallion foi nomeada para seis prémios, incluindo quatro para a sua colaboração com Cardi B, “WAP”, acabando, no entanto, por não levar nenhum troféu para casa. Olivia Rodrigo interpretou “Good 4 U” nos VMA e ganhou três prémios: Melhor Artista Nova, Performance do Ano e Canção do Ano.
